Deleting your Account
We're so sorry to be losing you, but we will certainly be able to assist you in the permanent deletion of your account data. To submit a GDPR Account Deletion request, please follow the below steps:
- Request "Delete Account" in our Support Chat that appears in the bottom right of your screen. Follow the prompts to create an account deletion request. Please ensure that the email you choose to contact us by matches what we have on file for the account- this assists us in confirming account ownership.
- Please be prepared to provide as much identifying information regarding your account as you can. This can be your HiRez username, in-game name, any friends/skins/promotions on the account, your public-facing IP address, etc.
- Once you have been verified as the owner of your account and your final confirmation is given to permanently delete the account, your account and all of it's associated game data will be deleted within 24 hours.
Please be aware that once an Account is queued for permanent deletion, it will be impossible to retrieve that accounts content or progress, this is irreversible.
Requesting Account Data
If you are in need of your Account's Data, we can provide a complete .txt report detailing everything we have stored in regards to your account, including chat logs and purchase history. To submit a GDPR Account Data request, please follow the below steps:
- Request "Account Data" in our Support Chat that appears in the bottom right of your screen. Follow the prompts to create an account data request.
- Please be prepared to provide as much identifying information regarding your account as you can. This can be your HiRez username, in-game name, any friends/skins/promotions on the account, your public-facing IP address, etc.
- Once you have been verified as the owner of your account, we will send a .txt file attachment that provides all the data we have on your account.
